The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and proven retail management skills, with physical duties including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly (55 lbs occasionally).
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and perform repetitive lifting.
