Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, ensuring Ross standards and best practices are consistently met to deliver sales and profit in a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.

You will recruit, train and develop the store team, manage stockroom, front-end and sales floor processes, and monitor scheduling, payroll and expenses. This role requires five+ years of retail store management experience and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and schedules.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations to ensure company standards and best practices are met.
• Staff, train and develop store leadership and Associates.
• Manage stockroom, front-end and sales floor to ensure timely merchandise flow.
• Analyze store reports to control expenses and drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with all state, local and federal regulations.
