Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years experience in a retail work environment required.
• At least two (2) years of management/supervisory experience.
• Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends.
• Proficiency with computer use, spreadsheet creation, word processing, email and internet software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach employees in providing efficient and friendly service at registers and store-wide.
• Address personnel and performance issues with coaching and warnings.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and HR on progressive discipline steps when needed.
• Ensure compliance with personnel policies and store SOPs.
• Understand AOP mechanics and translate operations to monthly P&L results.
• Assist in budgeting, manage shrinkage with focus on front-end processes.
