Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to manage multiple stores in district.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with inventory counts and merchandising execution.
• Support recruitment, selection and training of store personnel.
• Monitor expenses and help maintain shrink at/below company plan.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
• Travel to multiple stores in the assigned district as needed.
