Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, driving sales, managing expenses and inventory, and delivering outstanding customer service.

The role covers staff training, HR aspects, compliance, scheduling, and performance feedback across multiple stores within the district. A flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of one year in retail management.
• Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, multi-task and work with discretion and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store staff performance and compliance.
• Support Store Manager with recruitment, training, and development of personnel.
• Assist with expense management and budgeting to meet goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a friendly store environment.
