AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager and oversee daily store operations, coaching a team of sales consultants to hit sales and service goals. You will help with merchandising, product launches, and outreach events, delivering an extraordinary customer experience across our services and devices.

This is a full-time role with on-site responsibilities and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
