Job summary

AT&T seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Manchester, CT to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and lead a team of retail sales consultants. You will partner with the store manager on initiatives, merchandising, and service excellence to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will gain leadership training, develop strategic planning skills, and help meet and exceed sales objectives while collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
