AT&T’s Assistant Store Manager in Clarksville, IN is a leadership role focused on overseeing daily store operations, coaching a team of retail sales consultants, and ensuring customers receive best-in-class services. You’ll partner with a store manager on merchandising and launches to drive sales and exceptional experiences.

You’ll engage in outreach and off-site events, with comprehensive training that prepares you for ongoing leadership success within a rewards-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
