Job summary

DOCOMO PACIFIC is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor in Guam to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and ensure adherence to merchandising and inventory standards.

The role emphasizes achieving revenue targets, developing solutions to customer issues, and maintaining a high-performing team within a dynamic retail environment on the island. This position is full-time and located in retail locations across Guam.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum high school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years in retail, sales, customer service, or leadership roles.
• Knowledge of DOCOMO PACIFIC products and services preferred.
• Working knowledge of billing systems and retail operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business applications.

Responsibilities

• Support store revenue targets and KPIs.
• Engage customers, assist in product selection, and demonstrate services.
• Lead interview and recruitment activities; assist scheduling and staffing.
• Process payments, POS transactions, reconciliations, and end-of-day reporting.
• Maintain store appearance, inventory, and merchandising per standards.
• Coach and develop team members; monitor performance and provide feedback.
