As Store Manager you will supervise daily operations, manage staff, control payroll costs, and ensure visual standards and inventory accuracy while promoting Jockey's culture and values. This role requires strong leadership, retail experience, and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of proven retail leadership experience.
• Strong selling skills and ability to meet/exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience recruiting, training and developing employees.
• Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the store.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, budgeting, and sales performance.
• Ensure adherence to standards in visuals, inventory, and policy.
• Coach and mentor staff to uphold selling standards and accountability.
• Implement marketing and financial strategies and measure KPIs.
• Recruit, train, and develop associates; manage staffing levels.
• Maintain relationships with mall management and attend events.
• Open/close the store and manage transactions; address maintenance.
• Protect cash, inventory and company assets.
