Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency.
• Lead at the center of store operations, oversee merchandising and product launches, and meet sales objectives.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve service and sales goals.
• Participate in outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
