Bath & Body Works in Medford, OR is seeking an Assistant Brand Experience Leader to partner with the Brand Experience Leader. You will develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional consumer experiences, and positively impact growth across the brand.

Store leaders are frontline, brand ambassadors who thrive on connections with customers. This role requires leading a team, setting clear performance goals, and executing floorset directions and operating routines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a consumer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and adaptability.
• Coaching and in-the-moment feedback to associates.
• Ability to meet physical demands and peak shift requirements.

Responsabilités
