JD Finish Line in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily operations and inspire a high-performance team. You will drive sales, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and uphold our brand standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

As a member of Management, you’ll recruit and develop staff, manage inventories, and collaborate with leadership to achieve store goals while delivering on our commitment to DE&I and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze sales data and manage budgets.
