Job summary

Vuori in Burlington, MA is seeking an Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead the sales team and champion Vuori’s brand values through expert product knowledge and an upbeat attitude.

You will forge connections with customers, drive sales, and ensure outstanding experience. You’ll also oversee daily operations, inventory, and merchandising while supporting the Store Manager and fostering a fun, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Available for 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week, including at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience on the sales floor.
• Lead the sales floor and team to prioritize customer experience.
• Assist with fitting rooms, sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise.
• Build lasting customer relationships and invite to events.
• Stay knowledgeable on new products and selling trends.
• Support store operations when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage inventory needs and restocking daily.
• Maintain merchandising standards and backroom cleanliness.
• Oversee weekly restocks, cycle counts, and shipments.
