Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving with a focus on shrink reduction.
Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and model a positive environment for Associates and customers.
Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; provide input on succession planning.
Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and improve store layout and efficiency.
