Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., located in West Mifflin, PA, seeks an Assistant Store Manager who will empower a large team to deliver memorable customer experiences in a fast-paced, off-price retail setting.

You’ll drive store performance, recruit and coach Associates, implement action plans, and manage operations to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets. Starting wages range from $22.70 to $31.20 per hour, with overtime eligibility and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and mentor others.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with focus on shrink and damages.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor Associates to maintain a positive environment and strong customer experience.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and company initiatives; provide input on succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and programs; improve store layout and efficiency.
