Dollar Tree in Portland, OR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with opening/closing, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, organized store while protecting assets.

You will supervise Store Associates, train staff, and ensure safety and policy adherence in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time role in a dynamic retail setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communicate store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and payroll records.
• Maintain clean, stock-filled sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure staff follow procedures.
• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing Store Associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe, respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restrooms, floors, trash, and overall presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
