Tecovas, based in Austin, TX, seeks a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager for our Tigard, OR store. You will lead a team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience through customer service, training, and daily operations.

You will develop team talent, coordinate training with HQ, and ensure visual standards and product presentation align with brand goals. This role requires energy, leadership, and a passion for the Tecovas customer journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Retail Management experience.
• Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Experienced in coaching, counseling & conflict resolution.
• Independent, proactive, results-driven work ethic.
• Utmost character, honesty, and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection and deliver extraordinary service.
• Support Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent; assist succession planning.
• Deliver world-class in-person training to all new team members; coordinate ongoing training with HQ.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards; support product launches and store branding.
• Uphold shipments, transfers and restock standards; enforce loss prevention procedures.
