You will drive sales, coach a team of retail sales consultants, and participate in outreach and promotional activities to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and the ability to meet and exceed sales and service goals while supporting leadership development and training programs.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities
