AT&T in Cordova, TN is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and product launches. You will partner with the store manager to meet and exceed sales objectives while delivering outstanding customer experiences and best-in-class service.

You will coach a team of sales consultants, drive outreach activities and off-site events, and participate in paid training that prepares you for leadership.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and merchandising.
• Partner with store manager on launches and promotions to meet sales goals.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service targets.
