Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and lead store teams across one or more retail locations in the Kentucky region. You will manage cash handling, customer service, and compliance with regulations.

This role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to train staff, coordinate schedules, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales, customer service, and cash handling experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, work autonomously, and provide store leadership.
• Must have reliable personal transportation, valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product portfolio and options.
• Interact with customers, listen to confirm info and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations (DDO) if unresolved.
• Respond professionally to questions and calls in compliance with regulations.
• Handle and count currency, cash deposits, and bank responsibilities.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Comply with regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings and quarterly I Agree timely.
• Coordinate operations and training to reach targets.
• Maintain staff schedules and cover other stores within the district.
• Support staff to ensure customer service and sales culture.
• Assist recruiting of Assistant Store Managers.
• Other duties as assigned.
