Rural King is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop associates, oversee merchandising and inventory, and promote operational excellence.

This role requires the ability to coach and develop a high‑performing team, manage scheduling, and uphold safety standards while delivering excellent service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Experience with retail operations, inventory, scheduling, and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Monitor performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support scheduling, labor planning, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and assets.
