Job summary

Rural King is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop associates, oversee merchandising and inventory, ensure operational excellence, and support recruitment.

The role emphasizes coaching, leadership, and upholding Rural King's values while driving performance and safety across the store environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, scheduling.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings and holidays.
• Must meet federal requirements to qualify for an FFL, when applicable.
