Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and resolve questions.
• Organize, transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening/closing procedures as needed.
• Support ordering, damaged merchandise processing, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain store areas to company standards and secure assets.
• Ensure safety policies are followed by associates and customers.
• Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and presentable store environment.
