Dollar Tree in Homosassa Springs, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will help with daily functions, supervise associates, and ensure shelves are stocked and clean.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred), ability to lift 55 lbs, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You\'ll implement corporate directives and help manage tasks and payroll and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Strong communication and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise to stockroom and sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll/scheduling/cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom per company standards.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to policies, safety guidelines, and ensure associates follow procedures.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
