Responsibilities include staff recruitment, training, performance feedback, and maintaining high service standards. A 40-hour work week is typical with flexibility for days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail management.
• Solid knowledge of business and excellent command of English to communicate with management, associates and customers.
• Ability to plan, organize and multi-task; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Recruit, train and develop store personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor expenses, inventory and shrink; support budget adherence.
• Uphold customer service standards and merchandising execution.
