Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of Store Manager and ensure company standards.
• Monitor store reports and controllable expenses to improve performance.
• Ensure proper scheduling and compliance with regulations.
• Train and develop non-exempt Associates and maintain merchandising standards.
• Oversee inventory, safety procedures, and loss prevention measures.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain store brand.
