Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure company standards are consistently met.
• Assist in analyzing store reports to evaluate expenses and performance.
• Ensure proper scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.
• Maintain compliance with state, local and federal regulations.
• Handle payroll administration as needed and monitor attendance.
• Recruit, train and develop non-exempt associates as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and customer-friendly store environment.
