Job summary

Rural King is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This role partners with the Store Manager to coach associates, oversee merchandising and inventory, and ensure a safe, engaging shop environment while upholding Rural King's values.

2+ years in retail leadership, strong communication, and proficiency in POS systems are expected as the team works to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership or supervisor experience.
• Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience with merchandising, inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze business performance and drive improvements.
• Experience with retail technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations with Store Manager to drive sales and profitability.
• Lead scheduling, labor planning, and inventory accuracy.
