Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and safety meetings; ensure policy compliance.
• Follow work processes to manage merchandise including stocking, restocking, and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by controlling damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Assist with planograms and ensure merchandise presentation follows guidelines.
• Ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with store coverage in the Store Manager's absence.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
