Job summary

Buckle in New Orleans, LA is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to help fulfill our mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandising, and store operations, including recruiting Teammates and providing leadership in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading teams and delivering strong guest service.
• Ability to train and coach Teammates to meet Buckle standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Generation and Guest Service to achieve store goals.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates; lead in the Store Manager's absence.
• Oversee Visual Merchandise Management and planograms; maintain store standards.
• Support Operations, scheduling, and Loss Prevention practices.
