Buckle in Slidell, LA is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will engage in sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team, and participate in recruiting and training Teammates.

This role advances from AIT to a full Assistant Manager with elevated duties.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• On-site availability at store location.
• Ability to manage time and multitask.
• Ability to train and develop teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist with merchandise display and inventory.
• Lead and train teammates; cover Store Manager duties when absent.
• Recruit and develop new teammates.
• Uphold sales goals and follow loss prevention guidelines.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and manage POS operations.
