Men's Wearhouse in Tempe, AZ is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager on a daily basis. You will coach the team, drive sales, and oversee operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will assist in recruiting, training, and developing the staff, while upholding company standards and encouraging an inclusive, high-performing store culture. This role requires hands-on leadership and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
