Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual with good judgement and pulse on the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff as manager on duty to meet sales, service, and operational goals.
• Recruit store staff and foster an inclusive store environment.
• Support achievement of store business plans and leverage reports for decisions.
• Drive outreach opportunities and communicate leads to the Store Manager.
• Ensure staffing and training to execute initiatives and tasks.
• Maintain brand standards and implement store programs to boost sales, service, operations, and branding.
• Conduct regular store meetings and train staff on customer service expectations.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
