Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations.
• Ensure that the store meets its sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Support the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
• Maintain store standards and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager for promotional events.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.
• Act as a point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager.
