AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Muskogee, OK to support daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will partner with the store manager to oversee merchandising, product launches, and team development while ensuring a top-tier customer experience across AT&T services and devices.

You will lead coaching for a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals, participate in promotional events, and contribute to leadership development

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations to drive sales and exceptional customer service.
