Columbia Sportswear at Ala Moana Center in Honolulu seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service, driving store sales, and controlling profitability. You will lead staff, coach performance, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications include 5+ years of experience, and no specific degree required (HS Diploma or GED preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in the position or a similar role.
• Ability to lead and direct store staff including supervisors and associates.
• Strong communication skills with the store leadership team, associates, and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and direction to store staff, including supervisors and associates.
• Execute and support plans to enhance employee productivity and performance.
• Assist the Store Manager in interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching staff.
• Provide coaching and direction on a day-to-day basis to ensure staff performance standards are met.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels through effective replenishment, organization, shrink control, and communication.
• Assist the Store Manager with development and implementation of plans addressing sales, safety, training, and personnel development.
