Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Indianapolis area locations. This role leads daily store operations, drives sales, and ensures outstanding customer service while maintaining brand standards and team development.

You will manage scheduling, training, and performance of store staff, handle customer escalations, and collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store KPIs and a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Coordinate recruiting and training of store personnel on procedures.
• Drive selling strategy to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cash handling, POS systems, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store operations align with company policies.
