Job summary

AT&T's Riverside store seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager, oversee daily operations, merchandising, and promotions, and deliver best-in-class service to customers.

You will lead and coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals, drive initiatives, and participate in off-site events, with paid training and growth opportunities facilitating leadership success.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches.
• Help meet and exceed sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
