Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values in daily activities.
• Support Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and sales performance.
• Drive customer engagement through the membership program and sign-ups.
• Mentor trainee associates and help achieve sales targets.
• Assist with inventory, shipments, and damaged/returned items.
• Support recruitment, staffing, and retention efforts.
• Participate in scheduling, inventory management, and policy adherence.
• Provide feedback to maintain high visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink and security.
