Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Anthem location. This full-time role leads daily sales floor operations, oversees production and donation processing, and ensures top-notch customer service while managing expenses and staffing.

The ideal candidate has retail management and customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management required.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily operations of the sales floor.
• Manages payroll costs and operating costs to budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• De-escalates customer situations and provides solutions.
• Trains and develops store Team Members and ensures duties are fulfilled.
• Acts as key holder, closing shift manager, and backup to the Store Manager.
• Coordinates with other locations as needed and supports training and development.
