You will lead a department, greet customers, train associates on service and cash handling, and manage daily tasks like merchandising and promotions while ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in retail, sales, or cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Lead a department (Women’s, Men’s or Children’s) and support store standards.
• Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude.
• Train and guide associates on service, product placement and cash handling.
• Handle transactions, returns, and till counts as needed.
• Organize merchandise, displays, and assist with truck unloading and floor moves.
• Promote current sales and programs and delegate team tasks.
