Shoe Station in Smyrna, GA is hiring a Store Lead to supervise a department and uphold store standards. You’ll greet customers, guide associates on service, product placement, and cash handling, and help with truck unloading and floor moves.

This role offers growth into a management position with hands-on training and a supportive team in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are available; compensation is $11.75/hour with daily pay options

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence in taking initiative and leading by example.
• At least one year experience in retail, sales, or cash handling.
• Ability to learn and operate the POS system.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department and support overall store standards.
• Greet and assist customers with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Train and guide associates on service, product placement, and cash handling.
• Handle transactions, returns, and safe/till counts as needed.
• Organize merchandise, displays, and help with truck unloading and floor moves.
• Promote current sales and programs.
• Delegate tasks and communicate clearly with the team.
