Shoe Station is seeking a motivated Store Lead to oversee a department in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, train associates, handle transactions, organize merchandise, and promote current sales to drive store performance.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of retail or cash handling experience, strong communication, and the ability to learn the POS system. Flexible full-time or part-time hours offered.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year in retail, sales, or cash handling (preferred).
• Able to learn and operate the POS system.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
