Job summary

Shoe Station is seeking a Store Lead to supervise a store department and assist in daily operations. You will guide customer service, merchandising, and cash handling to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in retail or sales, strong communication, and the ability to lead by example. Flexible full-time or part-time hours are available to fit the store schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail/sales or cash handling experience.
• Ability to learn and operate the POS system.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department and support store standards.
• Greet and assist customers with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Train and guide associates on service, product placement, and cash handling.
• Handle transactions, returns, and till counts as needed.
• Organize merchandise, displays, and assist with truck unloading and floor moves.
• Promote current sales and programs.
• Delegate tasks and communicate clearly with the team.
