AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Lincoln, NE to partner with the store manager in daily operations, merchandising, promotions, and sales leadership. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations with a store manager, assist with merchandising and product launches, and help meet sales objectives to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events, to drive traffic and sales.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
