• Improve store efficiency through inventory control and back-of-house organization
• Lead cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives
• Analyze performance data to identify sales trends and optimization opportunities
• Stay current on products and services to educate the team
• Maintain reliable attendance including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
