LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Huntington Station, NY store to elevate the customer experience and shape store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, model LOFT behaviors, and coach associates to create meaningful connections with customers.

This role supports the Store Manager in talent recruiting and development, utilizes reporting for operational excellence, and drives results through decisive actions in a busy, omnichannel environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a customer-focused environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences.
