Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Los Angeles to assist the Store Manager in leading the sales team and delivering Vuori's brand experience.

You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and uphold Vuori’s optimistic standards on the sales floor. You will also drive daily store operations, inspire the team to hit sales targets, and build lasting customer relationships while staying current with new products and events.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, including at least one weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience and lead the sales floor.
• Monitor store operations when the Store Manager is not present.
• Motivate the sales team to achieve goals in a team-based environment.
• Develop product knowledge to advise customers on fit and style.
• Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping to standard.
