Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Malibu Beach, CA to lead the sales team, build lasting customer relationships, and uphold Vuori’s brand standards. You will drive an exceptional in-store experience, manage daily operations and inventory, and mentor staff to achieve goals.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a deep commitment to customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. A competitive pay range and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, at least 1 weekend day.
• Leads with punctuality and attendance, and reliable shift coverage.
• Develops relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience and guide the team to do the same.
• Lead the sales floor in the absence of the Store Manager and meet sales goals.
• Develop product knowledge and share updates with customers and team.
• Manage restocking, inventory, and merchandising to standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, backroom organization, and displays.
• Coordinate weekly shipments, cycle counts, and reporting.
